Minor Kerb Damage

With minor kerb damage we can repair the face of an alloy and clean the backs. Then we primer, paint and lacquer the face area only. this keeps the price lower than a full refurbishment.

Alloy Wheel Refurbishment

This process is different from the above. we fully strip the wheels, removing the tyres, weights and valves, then we clean the alloy wheels with a strong cleaner. They are then placed into out chemical strip tank which removes all the old primer, paint, lacquer and corrosion, ensuring every last bit is removed. Once this process is complete the wheels are cleaned and repaired, epoxy primered, painted and lacquered (the colour can be matched to the other wheels or we can paint all 4 to a colour of your choice). Finally the tyres are re-fitted and re-balanced; your fully refurbished wheels are then re-fittted onto your car.

Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels

We also re-cut diamond turned alloy wheels. the wheels are fully stripped, removing the tyres, weights and valves then they are cleaned and repaired. Once this process is complete they are painted the required colour for the inside spokes and then the faces are re-diamond cut. To finish the wheel it is then lacquered and baked. Finally the tyres are re-fitted and the wheels are re-balanced.
If you are unsure whether your alloys are diamond cut or not, feel free to give us a call or pop in and see us.

Custom Colours and Hydro Dipping

We are also able to either paint your wheels in specialist colour finish of your choice or we can hydro dip them in a bespoke style.

Brake Caliper Painting

If you are having your wheels refurbished, why not consider having your brake calipers painted too. It both enhances the overall look of your vehicle and your refurbished alloy wheels.
